What will happen to your community if you join us? 
 
You community will still be completely independent and free to run it as you normally would. The 
This Is Gaming Network Council will only moderate such things as complaints about the staff 
team, Server issues and any fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity in any country part of 
N.A.T.O. 
 

Resources. 
 
If you own a game server you may still use that as your default, Depending on what kind of 
community you are and resources available one may be provided to you. This also goes for any 
in­game requirements  
(For example: To create a war thunder crew you must use 2,000 Golden eagles. This is a resource we could provide) 

 
Depending on the size and activity of your community a teamspeak space will be allocated to 
you, This could be in the form of channels in the home server or an external separate 
teamspeak server. 
 
 

Termination of network.  
 
If the network ever ends you will be given 2 months advanced warning and we will do our best 
to make sure you are not affected by this.  
 
If you decide you no longer want to be a part of our network we will need a 48 Hour notice so 
we can deal with the transition. It will be best to give as much notice as possible.

When can we decide to remove you from the network? 
 
If a community admin feels like you have in some way violated any of the above they will inform 
a community council member and after a vote a decision will be made. Depending on what has 
happened this may be a temporary settlement or permanent. Other consequences may also be 
used for example:  
 
­ Reduction of powers over a server (Voice or game) 
­ Removal of specific staff members 
­ De­Branding of the network (Temporary)  
 
Although this will only happen in extreme cases. All sub community are expected to be able to 
run independently and we trust in you the power to resolve these issues within the community.  
 
 

You’re Community Information.  
 
You may keep any existing websites/pages/forums. If you do not have a domain one will be 
provided to you for example EnterGame.ThisIsGaming.net This will also be used to connect to 
your teamspeak space.  
 
If you do not have a website/page we will provide you with one using the above domain. If 
prefered you may purchase your own domain and connect it your self.  
 
 

Advertisment. 
 
Being part of this network means you agree to allow us to advertise your community and allow 
us to advertise other communities within yours. If for any reason you have a problem with a 
specific community being advertised you may talk to a council member and they will sort it out 
for you.  
 
 

Donations. 
 
If you host your own server you are welcome to accept donations. If we provide you will all your 
services donations will be directed to the network, You may still offer perks and this will allow us 
to allocate more resources to your community. All money received will go back into your 
community any overflow made from your community will be reserved for your community.
