• We also made a Facebook group
• This allowed us to share documents and picture of each event and keep up

Social event
How we chose the events
Did research within the group to look at the most popular choice. They took a number of
things into consideration for example budget and practicality.
Top 2 came out as pizza night and barbecue on the beach.
The barbecue we decided had too high risk and was not as practical and all seminar
members agreed.
We went with the Pizza night as it stuck with Budget and was suitable for all members.

Brain stormed ideas and beach clean was the winner
Majority signed up to SUBU so we could do this.

The next idea came to do a quiz night for charity all seminar members were on
