Lineups/Rosters
a. Owners are solely responsible for setting their lineups on a daily basis.
b. Owners are responsible for ensuring lineups are maintained in an approved configuration.
c. Any lineup that is not in an approved configuration at any point during a scoring period will
result in 0 points for the affected time frame. (i.e., a trade made causing illegal lineup and the
owner failed to correct lineup into legal status after a trade was made)
d. Franchise rosters shall remain legal at all times, even during the off-season.

Trades
a. All in-season trades must be accepted via the Fantrax trade tool before midnight (CST) on
September 1st. This is our trade deadline.
b. Owners are allowed to make trades during the off-season.
c. Owners are allowed to make uneven numbered trades (i.e., 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 trades) and trade
draft picks.
d. If a trade was made in error (e.g., hitting accept by accident instead of reject) the accepting owner
has 15 minutes from the timestamp on the trade acceptance email to notify the commissioner in
writing (email, message board) of the trade error. The trade will not be reversed or modified by

the commissioner if the error is not reported to the commissioner within this time period.
However, the parties to the trade may agree to modify or reverse the trade on their own.

Minor League System
a. Each franchise shall maintain a minor league system. Each franchise minor league system must
include no less than 10 eligible minor league players and no more than 20.
b. Players with less than 150 MLB at bats or less than 50 MLB innings pitched are eligible for
minor league roster placement.
c. Players with 150 or more MLB at bats or 50 or more MLB innings pitched are no longer eligible
for minor league rosters and must be placed on active status, reserve, or waived.
d. Players with valid minor league status may be placed on major league active or reserve status and
may be returned to a minor league roster if they retain their minor league eligibility.
e. Minor league eligible players who are traded retain their minor league eligibility and may be
placed on the minor league roster of the franchise they are traded too.

International Players/First Year Players
a. International and non-international players that are not eligible for the annual spring draft may not
be added to any major league or minor league roster of any League franchise for the upcoming
season. A player that is not signed prior to the 2016 spring draft cannot be on the major league or
minor league roster of any League franchise for the 2016 season.
b. Any international or June draftee player that signs a first-year major league contract prior to the
third Sunday in February is eligible for the annual spring draft.

Keepers
a. Prior to January 1st of each year, franchise owners must declare their major league eligible player
keepers for the upcoming season to the commissioner. Each team is permitted to keep up to 20
major league eligible players each year as their keepers.
b. Prior to January 1st of each year, franchise owners must declare their minor league eligible player
keepers for the upcoming season to the commissioner. Each team is permitted to retain up to 20
minor league players each year as keepers.

Annual Spring Draft
a. The League shall hold an annual non-serpentine combined major and minor league player spring
draft on the third Sunday in February which shall commence at 12PM CST.
b. The spring draft shall allot each team 4 hours for each selection and consist of 10 rounds. No time
shall be forfeited between the hours of 10PM and 8AM CST.
c. All drafts positions shall be determined based on worst to first rankings from the regular season
records of the previous season.

d. All major and minor league players not declared as keepers will be added to the spring draft
player pool.
e. International and June draftees of the prior year who have signed a contract with a major league
team prior to the third Sunday in February shall be eligible for the annual spring draft. All players
who sign after the third Sunday in February are not eligible for either a major league or minor
league roster for that season.

Disabled List Usage
a. Each franchise is allotted 5 disabled player slots.
b. No franchise may have more than 5 players on their disabled list at any time.
c. Only players on the official MLB disabled list are allowed to be placed on league roster DL lists.
d. Owners will have 72 hours (3 days) from the end of the season to remove ALL players from the
disabled list. If a player ends the year on the DL, the player must still be removed from DL during
the off season.
e. The off-season begins at the conclusion of the World Series and ends on the third Sunday in
February.

Adds / Drops/Waivers
a. All dropped or unclaimed players remain on waivers every day.
b. The only method a dropped or unclaimed player may be added to any team each season after the
annual spring draft is through the waiver processing system.
c. The waiver order is rotated by 1st team to claim a player goes to the end of the claim order and
2nd order claim team goes to 1st, etc etc.
d. The waiver order is reset each season based on the reverse order of the rankings from the
previous season, matching the annual spring draft order.

Playoffs
a. Six teams clinch playoff berths each season. The playoff teams shall be the two regular season
division champions, the two regular season division runner-ups and two wild card teams from the
remaining teams who have the best won-loss regular season records.
b. The playoff season will last for three weeks of game action.
c. The division champions shall be seeded 1 and 2 based on their regular season records. If the
division champions have the same regular season record, then the division champion with the
most fantasy points scored for the season is the tiebreaker.

d. The division runner-ups shall be seeds 3 and 4 based on their regular season records. If the
division runners up have the same regular season record, then the division champion with the
most fantasy points scored for the season is the tiebreaker.
e. Seeds five and six are wild card berths and shall be based on regular season records of the two
teams. If the two wild card teams have the same regular season record, then the wild card team
with the most fantasy points scored for the season is the tiebreaker.

The playoffs shall be as follows:


Week 1
 Seeds 1 and 2 BYE week
 3 vs 6
 4 vs 5



Week 2
 1st Bracket – Seed 1 vs winner of 3 vs 6
 2nd Bracket – Seed 2 vs winner of 4 vs 5



Week 3
 1st Bracket winner vs 2nd Bracket winner

Future Rule Changes / Modifications / Implementations
a. Every owner may suggest rule changes or modifications.
b. A proposed rule change or modification shall be approved only by the affirmative vote of not less
than 8 owners (~70% of the league).

Voluntary Owner Termination
a. If an owner voluntarily relinquishes his franchise the commissioner shall immediately recruit a
replacement and shall manage the relinquished team in a fully competitive manner until the
vacancy is filled if the vacancy occurs during the regular or playoff season.

Involuntary Owner Termination
a. All owners are subject to involuntary termination by the commissioner. Grounds for termination
include, but are not limited to the following:




Team abandonment
Collusive behavior with one or more owners
Disorderly/Disruptive/Disrespectful conduct toward other members of the league
