This is a hosted tour specifically designed for
teachers of wine, hospitality, commercial
cookery and tourism.

WINE CHEMISTRY (Max 12)
Wine Chemistry Masterclass with Oenologist

Food & Wine Table Service Masterclass with
industry trainer Kim Galloway + $60
Lunch at QCWT before departing to travel back to
Brisbane Convention and Conference Centre. Entry
from 3-5pm to Queensland's only trade event for the
foodservice, hospitality and retail industries, Fine
Food Queensland and a chat with the event
coordinator. You’re welcome to register for
attendance Tuesday 12/04 10-3pm also if you don’ t
get enough in these two hours.
Tour concludes 5pm Monday 11/04 in Brisbane
