Our Vision for
Our ministry is passionate for
the orphaned of the world. !
What would the orphan crisis
look like if THE CHURCH
was determined to find a
home for every child?!
What if we rose every
morning and went to bed each
evening praying for every
single orphan to have a
mother and father?!
Our vision for 2016 is for the
word “orphanage” to become
obsolete and replaced with
Pray for doors to open in
Bulgaria where a holocaust
of orphan neglect and abuse
occurs everyday. We are
talking to several agencies in
this land and hope to go to
Bulgaria in the summer of
2016 to work with special
needs children and advocate
for their adoptions.
2015 - Year in Review
Our first year of living back in the States has come and
gone, and we are so very thankful for what God has
done for our family, and, in particular, for our little
Maci. She had open heart surgery this summer, and her
heart and lungs are completely healed! !
We will be staying in Amarillo, but our hearts are still
with the children around the world who wait for
forever families. I, Mary, returned to China in October
to take medicine and financial support to our children’s
home in Kunming as well as two new orphanages. Our
prayer is that we will be able to return to China 2 or 3
times a year to love on children.!
What You Helped With This Year!
In August of this year, Randy and I
saw the picture of a little girl in
Bulgaria who was 5 years old and
weighed only 11 pounds. She (and
other children from her orphanage)
had been intentionally starved to
keep her “compliant.” !
We asked for her file so that we
could pray about adopting her. She
died of star vation and neglect
before we, or any other family, could
bring her home. This precious little
girl broke our hearts for the country
of Bulgaria and the orphaned
children there. !
Less than 50% of the orphans in
eastern Europe will live to the age
of 20. We are so needed there! Pray
for our ministr y to find ways to
minister to the orphans of Bulgaria.
In 2015, our ministry was able to provide help for
many children and adoptive families. Through
your financial gifts, we sent medicine, clothes,
diapers and formula to poor, rural orphanages in
China. Broken Wall helped bring several older
orphans to the States for a month-long hosting
program. Almost every child who participated
found a forever family!
Our ministry purchased hundreds of pairs of
socks for Faith City Mission and clothing for the
local Care Net Center. We provided assistance to
many adoptive families, fed hundreds of orphans
in Uganda, and ministered to weary missionaries
in China. We were also able to financially help a
precious missionary family whose child was
We are providing on-going help for a Chinese
believer who was intensely persecuted by the
Chinese government. The government tried to
forcibly abort her unborn child, but she was able
to escape to America.
We will continue to
provide prayer and financial support for her and
We gave several thousand dollars toward a lifesaving surgery for one of the children we cared
for in China. She is now thriving in her new family.
We also gave generously to several young
people going to the mission field. You made all
of this possible. Thank you!
