It is incumbent upon Facebook to decide whether a profile is fake or genuine one, and the Admin has no right to poke her stinking nose into others' matters and lives. Some semi-literate or educated illiterates think the position of an "Admin" of a group on par with that of the "President of the US"! Events Pages Feed ADD MEMBERS 1 Here the so-called Admin Sonia Handa, showing her cheap Indian mentality, has imputed motives on my profile without any rhyme or reason. A classic example proving a woman jealous of another woman. Here the reason for jealousy was that my posts were getting more likes than she got for her posts/shares. (See the attached picture to know the incredulous reason for her suspicion!). She had been chatting with a girl about me yesterday evening and the girl she was chatting with was my online friend who shared the same with me. She alleges that I am operating a fake profile. Ask her to adduce even a single evidence to substantiate this allegation. If someone alleges something, the burden to prove the allegation lies on him/her, and it is not the other way round. Even if for the sake of arguments, it is assumed that I am fake, what kind of concrete fact she can present before the members to prove that it is a fake Guy and not a fake Girl? Creating a fake profile is not a crime; it is in consonance with the constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression as envisaged in the Constitution of India. It is not a penal offence to create a profile UNTIL you use it for criminal activities. I request the members to demand some sort of evidence from her to prove that I am a fake person and that too a guy. Now I ask the following questions from the group members: (1) Assuming that I am a fake person, did anyone of you ever receive any friend request from me? (2) Did anyone of you find me intruding into your privacy by sending messages or asking you to add me to your profile? (3) Did anyone of you ever noticed me spying on you? (4) Did I ever posted even a disturbing or defamatory comment on the post of any member of the group? (5) Did I ever create public nuisance even for a second, and did you ever notice me engaged in any other activity except posting some jokes or speaking my heart out? There are 8 members in the group who knew ab initio that I was a fake girl. When I received the friends-requests from some members, in the very first reply I made it clear that I would not add them as I was not the one they were believing me to be. I did not want to misrepresent myself. This is called moral values and upbringing - not to take undue advantage of anything. Just because Sonia Handa did not know it or she was not informed (and why the hell should one inform her?), it does not mean that she has right to commit the criminal offence of defaming anyone in the group. This is the problem with typical Indians who form their opinion according to their own faulty perceptions and indulge into moral policing. One should never stretch the things to such a level where the past should come to haunt in the present. From now on, she will be so paranoid as to 1/1  add the females to this group thinking that it is me. That's called instilling the fear in the mind of others Notice my comments. I have been using the term "Didi" for every female member in the group; Guys are not in the group or else I would have called them Bhaiyya. From the college days of KMV, she used to think herself nothing short of Miss Universe and even now her arrogance is still intact despite the age taking its toll on her physique.
