:  A system consist Examination, Training and Academic module. The system serves 
INSPEN’s staff to manage their student from at applicant level. It uses Java servlet 
with low scalability of JSP. We used Oracle 9i and MySQL databases for different 
system with POJO persistence technology. In term of framework, we used our own 
self‐made MVC model framework developed and enhanced time by time.

This  system  is   about  the  administration  and  managing  for  UPM’s  graduates.  It 
consist  27  modules.   It  uses  Java‐struts  as  framework  and  hibernate  for  object 
persistence   and  query  service.  This  system  is  highly  customize  to suit  the client’s  
daily work. This system has been documented in ISO:9000(UPM).
