Thank you for joining DANCE KRAZE 2016. We really hope you enjoy your experience
over the next few months. 

Dance Kraze has gone from strength to strength since its first show and has become one
of the leading talent shows in Ireland. Thankfully, it hasn't gone unnoticed, as some of the
big stars from TV talent shows such as Britain’s Got Talent have stated how amazing the
experience has been for them as well as this it has been making news headlines,
featuring on UTV News.

Its open to everyone and no experience is necessary as you will be taught by leading
choreographers throughout the process. Previous cast member talk about how this show
has changed them for the better, giving them confidence they never had before as well as
giving them a life changing experience they will never forget. 

Now that you have registered, there is a few points we need to discuss with you and
would appreciate your understanding.

Please read the following information carefully:

In order for the show to be a huge success there is 3 key areas we focus on,

PROFESSIONAL, FUN, CHARITY

As well as this we require the following from each individual:

- £20 registration fee (non refundable- to be paid on induction night) This fee covers your
time with DANCE KRAZE for the duration of 7months which includes 4 live shows, weekly
dance classes and a free Dance Kraze t-shirt.

- To provide your own costumes (based on discussion with your group and the show’s
production team)

- Positively promote the event through all aspects of media ie. Facebook, twitter,
Instagram etc.

- COMMITMENT (we expect you to be there every week & on time) if you cannot attend
a rehearsal for which ever reason you must make contact with the shows production
team as soon as possible

We also require you to respect the following terms and conditions:

- No bullying, physical,verbal abuse or horse play permitted during your time with the
show.

- Alcohol or any other substances are not permitted during the rehearsals or live
performances 

- Late-coming or any absences may result in you not participating in the live shows.

- You can not take photos/videos of other cast members without their consent.

- You must respect the premises and its staff at all times and follow any instructions given
to you by them or the production team.

If any of these terms and conditions is breached then you will be removed from the show
with immediate effect.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF UNDER 16 please note rehearsals take place during a school
week, where possible we will schedule rehearsals at the earliest time slot which suits the
premises and teachers, but this is not always possible. Closer to the show we expect the
full cast to be present for the finale and final running order which will require your child to
stay until 9pm. If this is unsuitable then your child will not be able to take part in the

second half of the show, or you may need to reconsider if the show is suitable for them at
their age.

Anyone under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present on the first night to sign
a consent form prior to beginning rehearsals.

Please not that during the live shows all parents/guardians who wish to come see their
children in the show must purchase a ticket at the box office. No parents/guardians are
allowed access backstage during the live shows due to health and safety regulations and
the protection of children in the show. If you need access for any reason or need your
child to leave early please make this arrangement with the event team before the live
shows.

During rehearsals and live shows there will be photography and video recordings taking
place, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving your consent for these
images to be used for media purposes.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT?

- Producers will allocate you a group and category. (however, we have the right to change
your group, routines or songs at any time during the process)

- Rehearsals will run between approx 20/4/2016 to 25/7/2016 for our first show of 2016
with the live shows on the 29th and 30th of July 2016 in the Ally Theatre Strabane.

-Further details on upcoming shows will communicated to you via email or text on the
details you provide.
