Toto's By The Riverside have been honoured over the past ten years by being asked to play host to a
whole range of wedding parties and thanks to this experience, we have been able to create these
bespoke packages designed not only to put your mind at ease but not hurt your pocket.
We know every wedding is different and that's why our event managers will work with you every step
of the way so you get exactly what you always wanted and a memory to dine on for a lifetime!
Nightfall Package ... up to 100 guests for £500
For up to 100 guests, why not enjoy exclusive use of our Lounge bar for the evening till the early hours of
the morning. Join us after your wedding reception for drinks, music and laughter. In a relaxed atmosphere,
you and your party can dance the night away to our own in house DJ. Require a first dance? Just let us know
and we'll make sure your whole playlist is perfect.

More than 100 guests? Not a problem - everything is the same price just your celebration will be in the
River View Bar with a capacity of up to 200.

Dusk Package ... up to 100 guests for £800
As per the Nightfall Package but with a choice of Toto's Vegetarian and Hot Combo Platters served to your
guests mid-evening. The perfect combination on your wedding day: food and dancing with friends and
family in a relaxed, river side venue, with amazing views.

More evening guests? Not a problem just add £4.00 per guest, and your evening reception will be held in
the River View Bar with its 200 guest capacity.

Twilight to Dusk Package... 50 day guests/150 evening guests for £1000
Arrive at our venue after your ceremony for welcome drinks on our Lounge Bar terrace. Choose between
summer punch, or Pimm’s to be served to your guests on arrival by our staff, giving you time to relax after
the formalities of the day and catch up with your friends and family. Our Hot Favourites Buffet will be
served for 50 guests, then get ready for the evening as the downstairs River View bar is transformed ready
to welcome up to 150 guests. With snacks on tables and our in-house DJ playing until 1am - the perfect
end to a perfect day.

Sunlight to Nightfall Package ... 30 day guests/100 evening guests for £1700
You and your guests will arrive at our Lounge Bar with private terrace to be served your choice of welcome
drink: choose from Cava, Buck’s Fizz or dressed Pimm’s. Then move down to our River View restaurant to
enjoy a three course wedding breakfast and half a bottle of wine per guest, with a choice of either our red or
white house wine on the table . Each guest will receive a glass of bubbles for your speeches after the meal.
Whilst you are enjoying your coffees, we will be transforming the Lounge Bar ready for you to greet your
evening guests. With exclusive use of the upstairs Lounge Bar & terrace, our in-house DJ, and hot platters
served for 100, the bar will be open till 1am.

Summer Day to Nightfall Package ... 50 day guests/100 evening guests for £2800
Your guests will arrive at our Lounge Bar with private terrace to be served your choice of welcome drink:
choose from Cava, Buck’s Fizz or dressed Pimm’s. Then move down to our River View restaurant to enjoy a
three course wedding breakfast and half a bottle of wine per guest, with a choice of either our red or white
house wines on the table. To toast your happiness, each guest will receive a glass of Spanish Cava after the
meal for the speeches. Then whilst you are enjoying your coffees, we will be transforming the Lounge Bar
ready for you to greet your evening guests. For the evening up to 100 guests will have exclusive use of the
upstairs Lounge Bar & terrace, our in-house DJ, and the bar open till 1am. Guests will be served our summer
BBQ on the candlelit terrace mid-evening and then dance the night away.
