1878. He believed 1914 would bring Armageddon and “the overthrow of earth’s present rulership”. In
contrast, the modern-day Watchtower claims Russell was expecting both the Last Days and Christ’s
Rule to occur in 1914. In all honesty, have you as a Jehovah’s Witness ever read an actual article
written by Russell that proves the Watchtower’s 1914 claims?
