Saturday - Wednesday £35 per person
Thursday & Friday £37 per person
Add on ½ a bottle of house wine for an extra £5 per person
Prices include festive table decorations and a disco until 1:00am.
Bar open from 7:00pm with dinner served at 8:00pm.

Terms and Conditions
All provisional bookings will be held for up to five working days; thereafter the
hotel has the right to cancel the booking if a deposit is not received.
To confirm your booking a £10.00 per person deposit is required.
Full pre-payment must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event.
All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Any guests requiring a vegetarian menu or special dietary requirements
must advise the hotel two weeks prior to the function.

Minimum numbers apply for Private Party Nights:
Thursday 150
Friday 180
Saturday - Wednesday 100
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event should the booking fail to reach minimum numbers.
In such cases the party organiser will be given at least ten working days notice
and a full refund made or an alternative date offered.

Booking a Room
A valid credit card will be required to guarantee the booking.
All cancellations and amendments should be made by 2:00pm on the day
of arrival to avoid any cancellation charges being made.
Check-in at the hotel is from 2:00pm on the day of arrival, with check-out at 12:00pm.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
All accommodation booked at the special rate is subject to availability
and must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
