NEW MICROSITE
1.5 RELEASE
Welcome to the newest release of the GiveSmart™
microsite. This is a quick guide and overview as to what’s
new and what’s hot about our platform!
A RESPONSIVE PLATFORM
Let’s start with a general ‘wow’ factor. The page is now
responsive to the size of the screen. This is a great new feature
so that when guests are using a tablet or phone rather than a
computer to view the site, they can still get a full view of the
design.

A RESPONSIVE PLATFORM
The website is now more interactive and reactive to the user’s
views. To provide better brand opportunities, when scrolling
through the site, the logo at the top will change to fit the display
of the screen.

A NEW WAY TO REGISTER
It is now possible to customise specific questions to ask users at the point of
registration. These fields can be optional or mandatory.
Upon the point of registering, each user will now set up an account, which they can
use to log in and out of any of GiveSmart's auctions, making it easier for guests who
attend multiple events, or the same event annually.
A NEW WAY TO BID
A huge benefit of our new site is that users are able to bid
seamlessly via the site directly, rather than being directed to
a separate bidding page.
A NEW WAY TO BID
Auction items can now be viewed in multiple ways, just like
other online shopping platforms.
DETAIL & CUSTOMISATION
Because each site can be used all year round as a fundraising platform, we now
have separate sections of the website which are dedicated to providing
information about the charity, and about the event itself.

DETAIL &
CUSTOMISATION
The event section is for all information about
the day itself and can now include a written
introduction, full event timeline, as well as
any notable individuals such as: keynote
speakers, the auctioneer or charity patrons.
A map that is linked to the postcode shows
guests clearly where the event is taking
place.
