INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY MEMBERSHIP COSTS MEMBERSHIP FEES PRE-PURCHASE PROGRAMS / One time initiation fee of $17,500 HOUR PROGRAM / Annual dues of $8,500, starting with second year of membership Pre-purchase hours on either a King Air 350i or Citation Excel/XLS and charge the cost of your flights against the hours in your account. Hours can be exchanged between aircraft on a dollar-for-dollar basis, based on their respective hourly rates. HOURLY RATES Members pay guaranteed hourly rates, paying only for hours flown, with no hidden fees or service charges. The hourly rate and any incidental costs (e.g. catering, ground transport) of your flights are charged against your account credit. PAY-AS-YOU-FLY A Wheels Up membership automatically gives you the ability to “pay-as-you-fly,” with no pre-purchase of hours required. Wheels Up members have access to the Wheels Up private fleet of King Air 350i and Citation Excel/XLS aircraft 365 days a year, with 300 days of guaranteed availability. You pay fixed hourly rates only for hours flown, with just 24 hours advance notice required for booking. PRE-PURCHASE PROGRAMS If you purchase hours or credit in advance, you gain access to additional guarantees on availability up to 365 days a year. Hour Programs can be purchased for the King Air 350i or the Citation Excel/XLS. Alternatively, you can purchase a dollar-denominated account credit that can be used for flight services on either aircraft. Wheels Up acts as the agent for the Wheels Up members, and is not the operator of the program aircraft; FAA licensed and DOT registered air carriers participating in the program exercise full operational control of the program aircraft. Any aircraft owned or leased by Wheels Up are dry leased to the operating carrier to facilitate operations by that carrier.
