of Macbeth. This interactive session will allow your children to help
create the thrilling world of the story, to engage with the dilemmas
the characters face and participate in one of Shakespeare’s most
famous narratives. Perfect for children aged between 7 and 11 years
old and their parents / carers.

Book Art workshop

Come and explore the possibilities of book art with
local book artist Kate Bufton. Make your very own
Shakespeare sculpture out of pre-loved books.
Embelish your sculptures using a variety of
traditional techniques including pen & ink, hand
printing with rubber stamps and paper collage. This
workshop is suitable for complete beginners as all of
the materials will be provided along with support
and direction from the artist herself.

Take part in an interactive session to learn dance
moves from the Elizabethan era. Volunteer parents

and armed with score cards, they’ll be a hard bunch
to impress with your medieval moves!
