General Guidelines

1. For best results, artwork (including photos) must have a resolution of 300 dpi at print size. Note, that many
graphics from the web are a lower resolution and may not be acceptable.
2. Artwork that bleeds on the front or the back must extend 1/8 inch beyond the edge of the card on each side.
3. The card is printed in its ent irety and t hen stamped out of the inner sh ape. Do not print any crit ical text
information or images between the lines.

Formats, Electronic Files, and Other Specifications

1. Preferably, all artwork should be saved in the EPS, AI, or TIFF formats.
2. All graphics should be converted from RBG to CMYK color mode.
3. Do not send Power Point, Publisher, or Word files.
4. Include all fonts used to create your artwork, including those you think might be common.
5. Provide fonts or create outlines or curves for text.
