Program Details: Starting [insert], 2016 and ending [insert], 2016 (“Entry Period”), Scientific
Games Corp. will offer players the opportunity to advance a minimum of [insert number] levels
to receive [insert number] of Bonus Credits. Bonus credits will be fulfilled via an email promo
code within 24 hours of the Entry Period end.
Bonus Credits are awarded to the individuals who advance a minimum of [insert number] levels
in accordance with these Terms (and whose play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor’s
computer during the Entry Period). Plays must be received and recorded during the Entry Period
to be eligible for such Entry Period. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of
spin completion in lieu of its validation process.
Order of entries and eligibility of entries will be determined by Scientific Games Corp.
(“Sponsor”) in its sole and absolute discretion. Limit one (1) Reward per person/Play4Fun
account during each Entry Period. Reward has no cash, retail, or other value. Reward cannot be
transferred and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered.
Limitations: Program only available to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., who are 21+
and who legitimately advance a minimum of [insert number] levels on one of the following
Play4Fun social casino apps/sites: [list participating P4F apps/sites]. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, or incorrect plays whether caused by Internet users or by
any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program or by any
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the play. Sponsor is not
responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or
other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections
that are human or technical in nature or any other Program errors.
Program may be withdrawn, canceled, or otherwise terminated without prior notice and for any
reason. Program and/or Program terms are subject to change and/or cancellation at the sole
discretion of Sponsor. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
