* contract begins once the first payment is received.
GENERAL INFORMATION

• Buyer must be at least 16 years of age to order.
• We reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time given the circumstance.
• We do not accept deadlines unless previously discussed.
• Products are covered under our Repair Warranty for 90 days after being received.
* Repair Warranty covers any error in construction, not damage from rough housing.
PAYMENT

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a full suit commission — 50% for small parts.
Full payment must be complete before construction begins.
Once the full payment is complete & we start the project it becomes non-refundable.
Preferred method of payment is Paypal or Interac e-Transfer sent to fffursuits@gmail.com
Price is subject to change during construction.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

• Buyer must provide accurate reference art.
• Buyer must provide a variety of accurate measurements to insure proper fit.
• Buyer must provide a properly constructed DTD for a full suit.
• We are not responsible for defective or inaccurate DTD’s.
• Buyer is responsible for mentioning desired changes in design during construction.
SHIPPING

• We currently do ship internationally.
• Shipping fee is not included. Package may be insured at buyers expense.
• Local delivery fee to Toronto, Canada is 25$CAD.
• We are not responsible for damaged goods.
• We do not accept returns.
