Steve brings 10+ years of sales and marketing experience to lead
Ai Realty Groups expanding buyers division.

Steve works with our buyers in identifying their goals and
hustling the streets to find them the home of their dreams. The
DC Metro area is experiencing historic lows in housing inventory so
most days you will find Steve on the phone prospecting to homeowners in the neighborhoods our buyers are searching for homes.

Jules manages the day to day operations of Ai Realty
Group. Jules’ core responsibility is the management of
each transaction and ensuring our sellers and buyers get to
settlement on time. She oversees all aspects of a transaction
with communication between lenders, title companies,
sellers, buyers and the agents. She ensures every contract
is in legal compliance and oversees our marketing, digital
and print photography and home staging.

Laura Zuckerman | Certified Home Stager
Laura is our staging and design specialist. Her role is to
evaluate our sellers home and prepare a “blue print” to
assist them with furniture, paint colors and accessories.

Rosalie Messina | Marketing Director
Rosalie is responsible for all digital and print marketing and
works along side our Director of Operations to ensure our
seller’s home is exceptionally marketed to qualified buyers.
