Sealed bids for the purchase of ten (10) quarter pallets (approximately 500 + lbs. each) of native Field
Stone taken from the old Northark Baseball Dugouts will be received until 2:00 PM CDT on Tuesday,
March 7, 2017. All received bids will be opened in Room C407, Center Campus, 303 North Main Street,
Harrison, AR 72601. The highest bid, at or exceeding the minimum bid level of $250.00, for the entire lot
gets the sale award.
The Field Stone may be viewed at the Concession Building, Northark Baseball Field, South Campus, at
1515 Pioneer Drive, Harrison. The award will be made to the highest qualifying bid received. Upon
notification, the successful buying party will have one (1) day to make full bid price payment – payable
to North Arkansas College – and one (1) week to complete the removal.
The bid sheet should include (1) the Bidder’s Name, (2) Bidder’s Signature (3) Bidder’s Address, (4)
Bidder’s Telephone Number and (5) the Bid Amount. This bid sheet should then be in a sealed envelope
with the below bid submittal address written on the front of the envelope.
