We trust and pray this correspondence finds you and your family well, uplifted
and enjoying the blessings of God through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Please join us in Lexington, Kentucky July 7-9, 2017 for the annual BurnamSimpson Family Reunion. Come back home to our roots where it all started over
100 years ago by our great ancestors in the blue grass state of Kentucky!
While keeping costs to a minimum, we have planned a joyous and memorable
weekend, filled with activities and entertainment that all will enjoy. Please join us
as we celebrate one another all in the spirit of unity, love, and fellowship as a
family.

Time: 6:00pm – 11:00pm – in the Hotel Hospitality Suite
Family Cookout – Grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, turkey/veggie burgers
With all the fixings! Also chips, cookies and beverages.

Fun and Games:

Adults – get ready for the 1st Bid Whist Tournament
Other games: Family Feud, Catch Phrase, Phase 10
Kids: Arts, crafts and games
Please feel free to bring more games, activities, and your swimsuits.

Scheduled Events• Family Meeting - to discuss family events, issues and updates
• Catered Buffet Lunch: Please bring your favorite desserts to share.
• Family Auction: A family favorite event. Please bring your donated items to
auction to the highest bidder. All proceeds will go to the family reunion
treasury fund.
• Show and tell: Show your family pictures/novities/heirlooms, etc. from the
past. Tell the story or memory behind it.

Meet in hotel lobby at 7:30pm- directions will be provided
Enjoy cosmic bowling, with disco lights and internet jukebox.
Bowl 2 games/shoes included- Bowling shoes will not be issued without
socks. ASAP- we need the number of people bowling, to reserve the bowling
lanes. Please submit info on the registration form or the online RSVP request
form.
Additional entertainment at Collins Bowling: Darts, pool tables, and an adult
lounge with a DJ and Karaoke, or live music.

faith. Reunion Sunday worship affords us the opportunity to assemble
and worship together as a family.

Father, we thank you for the privilege of being together as a family.
We pray that everyone will leave the reunion with a greater sense of the pride
of the Burnam-Simpson legacy. As the generations grow farther apart, let them
be brought together with the memory of our loved ones that continued the
family reunion year after year. Please strengthen the bond of relationships of
those that will carry the reunion into the future. Amen.
