Amount of work presented up to this point is done by our Company free of charge.
Signing of the preliminary contract is a mutual declaration of the beginning of the cooperation.
It allows us to fully engage in work on the detailed design, which is the basis for signing the main
contract, and you preserves the submitted prices (calculation is annexed to the preliminary contract).

If you consider received offer as attractive we will gladly make an appointment, preferably in your hotel,
to bring you closer to our potential and present samples of the available materials.
Information gathered during the meeting will allow us to develop and send you a calculation
of the equipment in standard rooms together with the layout of furniture including our findings.

During the design phase you can expect additional meetings in the hotel.
We recommend to start consultations already at the stage of development
the technical projects such as electrical. Thanks to the relatively early start
of cooperation we avoid surprises during the installation of furniture. There is no need
to perform costly rework of the installation, resulting from their adaptation to
the arrangement and the size of the furniture and the whole room is functional.
After taking the measurements of the rooms, we develop:
- the arrangement of furniture in all the rooms optimizing number of places to sleep,
- the selection of materials for the technical requirements arising from the classification
of the facility,
- the ambience of the interior along with the selection of colors of walls, decoration, etc.
- colorful 3D realistic visualization of chosen rooms.
After agreeing on all the details we sign the main contract on manufacturing,
delivery and installation of furniture. Prepared project becomes the property of Investor. 5

Our experienced and well-organised team, directs the course of all
processes on efficient and fast execution of
your project.
This includes the tracking of deliveries of materials and components,
control of production cycles, planning the method and timing of shipment,
the preparation and discussion of documents with the assembly manager.

Modern machines are the guarantee of quality of your furniture.
They allow us to produce as well long series of typical furniture and
the furniture in variable sizes or even individual instances.

Furniture transportation is carried out with special care about the safety of
the goods entrusted, in collaboration with the insured and trusted partner
in the field of land and Maritime transport.

PHASE 4
FINAL
1-2 weeks
During installation our team of specialists will ensure fast and simple installation of furniture in accordance
with the previously approved projects.
Our team thanks to branded work wear is easily identifiable on the site and the work is done with great
attention to the general order. The assembly manager is open to your comments on work progress.
You can always count on his help and full cooperation. He is also authorized to sign the acceptance protocol
after installation of the equipment.

All the work related to the installation and adaptation of furniture is done with a professional power tools. Work
associated with connecting the wiring remain to be done by the Investor.
In addition to standard services related to the delivery of the equipment you can order us dismantling of your
old furniture and freshen up a room. Servicing of our furniture after the warranty period is also possible.
