In this role, you will:
Manage and oversee our domestic and international wholesale accounts across boutiques, lifestyle and
independent bike accounts
●
Identify, close, and onboard accounts while growing our wholesale business 2x in the next 12 months
●
Take over a portion of existing accounts, improve sell through, provide education and on-site training to
current accounts
●
Build and manage an independent sales rep channel in the U.S.- hire, train, travel, set goals, develop
●
Participate in 5-7 tradeshows and events a year
●
Manage POP asset creation & budget allocation for all accounts
●
Assist in sales forecasting and manage sales pipeline
●
Study current accounts to develop individual strategies to exceed buyer’s expectations, increase
assortments, and build sales.
●
Contribute to overall sales vision and strategy to align with financial and brand goals
●
Report directly into a co-founder
●
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience within sales or relationship management
●
Proven track record in B2B sales
●
Prior experience within the Lifestyle or Bike preferred
●
Working knowledge of basic computer programs: E-mail, Word, Excel
●
Work Requirements
Willingness for travel up to 30%
●
Li顅� up to 30 pounds at a time
●
Able to work in our downtown LA arts district o顅�ice and are comfortable with (sometimes) weird hours
