S AFETY STAND

• The Moon ticket also gives you access to the Moon Stage
• The MDRNTY ticket also gives you access to the Violettes-Express CMA ski lift
• The Cry d’Er Club d’Altitude ticket gives you access to the Cry
d’Er CMA ski lift 

FREE SHUT T LES

All tickets give you free access to the funicular from Sierre and
Montana stations. There is also a free shuttle around every 20
minutes that takes you from the station to the festival site.

FOOD AND DRINK
FOOD STA LL S

Located next to Moon, the food and drinks stalls offer you a wide
range of products: burgers, Asian cuisine, BBQ, pizza, raclette
as well as vegetarian dishes. Don’t hesitate to come and explore
these stalls, which have been carefully chosen for you by our
experts and are open non-stop from 11h30 à 6h.

R ESTAUR AN T S

The Kiosk is a restaurant area located on the terrace of Cry d’Er
Club d’Altitude and welcomes you during the special evenings at
Caprices Festival. The personal touch of Chef Jean-Luc Daniel
makes the food something extra special.

BAR S

The bars at each site offer you a wide range of drinks: mineral
water, fruit juice, beer, wine, champagne and cocktails.

The payment methods accepted at the ticket office, bars and other
stalls are:
• Cash (Swiss francs or euros. The exchange rate is CHF 1.- = 1 €.
Change is given in Swiss francs)
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Swiss debit cards (maestro/
postcard)

C ASH WITHDR AWAL S

There are no cash machines available on the festival site. However,
there are several banks in Crans-Montana. The nearest cash machine to Moon is located at avenue de la Gare 1, 3963 Crans-Montana and the nearest to Cry d’Er – Club d’Altitude is located at Rue
Centrale 33, 3963 Crans-Montana.

WARDROBE

There is a cloakroom (CHF 3.- per item) available at the entrance of
each festival site (Moon, MDRNTY and Cry d’Er Club d’Altitude). The
cloakrooms are only accessible during the opening hours of each
site.

SM OK ING AREAS

There is a smoking area available at each of the festival sites
(Moon, MDRNTY and Cry d’Er Club d’Altitude)

LOST P ROP ERTY

Items that have been found are kept in the Moon cloakroom during
the event.
From 10 April, any remaining items will be left at the police station
in Crans-Montana (Route du Rawyl 16, 3963 Crans-Montana - +41 27
486 87 60).
Clothing left behind is kept at the Caprices Festival office (Rue Sébeillon 9b – 1004 Lausanne – +41 21 625 27 97) for one month, after
that it is given to The Salvation Army.

Festival-goers will find the safety stand located next to the reception
stand. Volunteers are on hand to point you towards the nearest rest
areas and assist you with any mild health concerns.

In the event of an emergency, we ask you to alert the closest security
guard as quickly as possible.

S O UND PROTEC TI O N

Depending where you are, sound emissions can reach 100 decibels.
Prolonged exposure to this level of noise can damage your eardrums.
You are strongly advised to use ear plugs, which are available for free
at the safety stand as well as at all the bars.

I NAPPRO PRI ATE BEHAVI O UR

Management seeks to maintain a visible, attentive and caring
presence for the public. To achieve this objective, Caprices Festival
reserves the right to restrict access to the site to anyone who behaves
in a way that endangers themselves or others.

LI ST O F PRO HI BI TED I TEMS

For legal and health & safety reasons, the following items are banned
from the festival site:
• Drugs
• Weapons
• Professional photo and video equipment
• Pyrotechnics
• Animals, except guide dogs
• Flammable substances
• Sharp items
In addition, only food and drink sold at the bars/stalls is permitted on
the festival sites.

AGE LI MI T

Access to the festival sites (Moon, MDRNTY and Cry d’Er Club d’Altitude) is exclusively for adults. (18 years of age).
