Marketing & Communications Designer - Portfolio

This paper revolves around how The Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen could
improve their communication and advertising of the modern play Frankenstein. It
showed that particular younger people would choose other forms of entertainment
than the theatre.
Solution: Engage younger people by creating a universe based on the relevant play
and technology. I created a ’treasurehunt’ through the streets of Copenhagen starring the Danish actor Anders W. Berthelsen, who was the maincharacter in the play.
The concept was to engange the audience by different posters which all led back to
the play and created mystic about the play.

Miniministeriet in Copenhagen sells childrens clothes and wanted to know how they
could improve sales performance. by increasing knowledge about Minimisteriet but
also how to increase the number of customers in the store and online.
Solution: Increase knowledge about the store by bringing the social media to live.
Create a new facebook page where the customer can get the newest collections and
latest news. Get the first followers by starting a competetion and later create a blog
where mothers can meet and share experiences.

Create a new subbrand for a well known Danish brand – Hay. I created the subbrand
’Wear by HAY’ which consists of women’s wear. The purpose of this assignment was
to plan and create a marketing strategy and plan for the launch of ’Wear by HAY’,
Solution: An opening reception in HAY flagship store in Copenhagen where the new
collection will be presented in a fashion show. Invite bloggers and journalists for the
show and bring advertisments in womens magazines.
