Design Kit Certificate

James Andrews-Coulter has successfully completed a free online offering of Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design provided by Acumen and IDEO.org. This 7-week course provided an introduction to the methods and tools of human-centered design while tackling a real-world design challenge. Topics covered in the course included: human-centered design research methods, concept generation, and rapidly prototyping a solution to a poverty-related design challenge Please note: +Acumen courses may draw on material from Acumen's global and regional fellows programs but they are not equivalent to the aforementioned in-person training courses. This statement does not affirm that the student was part of the Acumen fellows program and it does not verify the identity of the student.
