Design
Our extensive design and build expertise enables us to deliver quality
and commercially effective solutions. We offer 2D and 3D CAD with
Revit/BIM through leading design partners.
Our offices are equipped with the latest computer technology to
ensure the productivity required for handling a large number of
projects and associated documentation.
Our design team consists of Mechanical members of CIBSE,
Chartered Engineers and Electrical members of IET. They are able
to complete Part L Assessments and carry out thermal modelling
in-house and our energy assessors can produce Simplified Building
Energy Models, BRUKL documents and Energy Performance
Certificates when required.

Fit-out Services
Our dedicated fit-out team has extensive experience in the
Hotel and Leisure industry, working closely with a number of national
clients to deliver specialist fit-out services to tight budgets and
programmes. Our fit-out services include; refurbishment, renovation,
construction, development, finance and property brokerage.

Mansion Brook, Selly Oak, Birmingham: Fast track mechanical refurbishment of 98 rooms in 12 weeks, inc. primary plant upgrade and plumbing.
Bowman House, Nottingham: Mechanical services and plumbing
installation to 140 bed new build, incorporating CHP system & BMS.
Danesgate House, Lincoln: Fast track full refurbishment of existing 247
bed site, incorporating full plant replacement and new LTHW installation.
Lightfoot Hall, Chelsea: Fast track full refurbishment of existing 285
bed site, incorporating upgrade of HWS systems and new variable
volume extract systems.

eASYhOTEL, BIRMINGHAM
Mechanical design and installation
Refurbishment of a Grade II listed city centre property into
a new super budget hotel comprising of 85 en-suite bedrooms over four floors, with a ground floor reception, staff
facilities, basement boiler room and roof top plant.

WILDERNESS HOUSE, KENT
M&E design and installation
MVS is delivering the design and installation of
mechanical and electrical services for 19 high
end apartments, a well-being centre with swimming pool and restaurant in addition to eight
new build homes.
EDUCATION

Shireland Collegiate Academy, Smethwick
Mechanical design and installation
Mechanical services delivered across a new sports and performing
arts building. The new facility houses a professional auditorium
theatre, a three court sports hall and changing facilities, music
classrooms including a recording studio, professional quality dance
and drama studios, a Behavioural Management Suite and SEN
facility with disabled access lift, classrooms, offices and toilets.

WEDNESBURY LEISURE CENTRE
M&E design and installation

Birmingham Treatment Centre
Mechanical Refurbishment

MVS has been appointed to complete refurbishment works at the
centre on behalf of the NHS Trust. Works include the complete
replacement of heating and domestic services pipework and ventilation
duct work across the facility in a live environment.

New state-of-the-art leisure facilities for the
community. The new centre houses a 25m x
12.5m deck level swimming pool and a smaller
childrens pool, a 100 station fitness gym, a dedicated spin studio, two dance studios, a three
court sports hall, changing facilities and reception area with meeting rooms.
