Working in the Westpac CX team has provided the opportunity to deliver on
a passion for building great customer experiences. It has meant exposure to
a wide array of design challenges ranging from communicating strategies,
concepts and solutions to stakeholders, evolving ideas and concepts into
more tangible solutions through to visual, UI and CX design for mobile, tablet
and online.
Senior Visual Designer
St.George Bank (2014 – 2016)
My briefs include digital (including basic animation and video), print and
environmental design of bank branches.
I managed a visual designer, was the traffic manager, managed all IT of the
Macs, ran a A0 sized printer and also managed print production. Liaised
with our ad agencies (such as Saatchi & Saatchi) to provide art direction and
support.
Highlights included helping with the UI for the Apple Watch App for
St.George and designing a beautiful print piece gift when the CEO Gail Kelly
retired.
Design & Production
FCB Global (2012 – 2014)
Worked on such clients as Lindt, Nivea, Wattyl and Stayz. Managed design,
finished art and print production. Regular UI for Lindt - landing pages, web
banners and Facebook promotions.

Produced point of sale items and DVD/Blu-Ray cases for Sony Pictures titles.
