2017 Beer Olympics Release Form By signing below, you agree that you will be held accountable for any and all injuries sustained at 143 Grand Ave during “Beer Olympics” and that you participate at your own risk. I waive and release any and all claims whatsoever arising from my participation in Beer Olympics. READ CAREFULLY THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY The “Participant” has a desire to participate in Beer Olympics. Participant agrees as follows: 1. I hereby release, waive and discharge Bobby and Cecilia Fruge from all liability. 2. I agree not to operate a vehicle after consuming alcohol. 3. I am above the legal drinking age in accordance to Louisiana State Laws. I have read the above agreement and release of waiver and liability and understand that by signing it I have given up substantial rights. I sign this agreement voluntarily.
