Promote Views Terms and
Conditions ​Terms and Conditions
As a partner business, your access to and use of Promote Views services are
contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with the following Terms &
Conditions. Acceptance to the following terms will be assumed within 72 hours of
successful billing of your first payment and reception of the following terms
unless Promote Views is notified otherwise.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

Authorization to bill credit card
Promote Views is authorized to auto bill the provided credit card on file for the
monthly subscription amount agreed upon for advertising space on Promote
Views application platforms. Customers who have pre paid will not be subject to
monthly billing until their promotional period has expired.

Subscription Agreements
New partner business customers agree to a minimum 6 month subscription and
revert to a month to month auto renewal once the initial 6 month period expires.

Protected Business Content
Promote Views reserves the right to use protected business collateral including,
but not limited to, registered business name, trademarked logos, company
slogan, artwork and any original content/copy owned by the customer for the
purpose of advertising on the Promote Views platform during the subscription.

Once the campaign ends, customer will retain rights and Promote Views agrees
to no longer use protected content.

Start/Stop Services
Upon successful billing of all setup fee's and first month payments, customers will
be provided with their own unique advertisement. Any customer revisions to ad
campaigns or delay in receiving marketing collateral to complete the initial design
process can extend the project fulfillment period. After the agreed upon
six-month subscription has been fulfilled, the account will revert to a month to
month auto renewal. Cancellation and stoppage of service(s) requires a 30 day
notification to remove billing and end services. ALL cancellation requests must

cancel you will never be charged again.
