Please join the Center for US-Latin America Initiatives and the Consulate General of Mexico, Dallas as we
present a talk by Dr. George Henson of the University of Oklahoma on Sergio Pitol’s The Magician of Vienna.
Dr. Henson’s translation of Pitol’s Trilogy of Memory, published by Dallas-based Deep Vellum Press, marks the
first appearance of any of Pitol’s works in English and has garnered Dr. Henson wide critical praise.
