How it works:
a) contact us with:
* details about your desired project (the more details, the better.
However, please refrain from telling your private or company`s
life story - -ONLY details that are absolutely relevant to
developing your design.)
* your e-mail address (will be the main & only way to communicate,
send you preliminary- as well as the final design(s).
We do not use any of your data for other than the
above specified reasons.)
b) We’ll provide you with 2 concepts - ususally within 24h.
NOTE: always take into consideration the INTL. TIME SHIFT based on the TIME ZONE
(yours + mine) which, in some cases, can lead to delays up to 12h for revised submission or answer in general,
and up to 48h when it comes to money tranfer over the weekend.
Despite great misconceptions in today’s world view - nobody really works 24/24, not the banks,
not robots, not even computers.
c) If you like & choose one of the designs, this will be considered
to be your official order.
Should you wish for any changes, just let us know EXACTLY WHAT KIND OF CHANGES YOU WANT
( vague comments like “ I want something different” are NOT constructive and will only lead
to unneccessary delays).
In order to encourage constructive feedback and quick replies from the customers, we decided to reduce the
number of design revisons to 5.
What that means? The more accurate & exact your feedback - the better & faster you get your final design.
d) Change/Revisons:
* changing font, text color, angle/position of a logo, or such - - these are the changes that you are entitled
to and we will gladly accomodate.
** changing entire text passages (for example within a webpage) , asking for completely new idea that has
nothing in common with the initial order (example: you start by ordering an elephant and sunset in Africa,
then change your mind and ask for a dolphin, beach, and a ship - THAT IS NOT a revison but AN
ENTIRELY NEW DESIGN.
The implication: new design - new fee (and depending on your new idea, possibly a different/higher ammount).
*** we do not want to be a pain in the behind - just wanna make sure you understand and make sure
YOU ARE AWARE & SURE OF WHAT YOU’re DOING/ORDERING.
e) This is the point where you are required to pay.

f ) As soon as your payment is confirmed and the design finalized, you will receive the final design files as...:
Logo:
• AI + EPS + PDF (with text outlined)
• PNG (with transparent background)
• Hi-Res JPEG
Graphic, Illustration, Web Design:
• PSD Photoshop file
• Hi-Res JPEG
