Please be advised that Matthew John Carufel has been a full-time employee of PRADCO Outdoor Brands, a
division of EBSCO Industries, Inc., since January 5, 2011, and has been approved for EBSCO’s Tuition
Reimbursement Program to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
Upon successful completion of courses towards this degree, with a grade C or higher, he will be reimbursed at the
rate of 75% for tuition, fees and books, after any applicable scholarships and/or grants have been deducted. He has
estimated the remaining cost of tuition and required fees, labs and books at $144,371, so the maximum payout from
EBSCO is estimated at $108,278. There is no annual cap for the amount of reimbursement, as long as the $108,278
is not exceeded by the expected graduation date of March 1, 2020.
During the student’s employment, EBSCO reserves the right to withdraw all support if the employee’s performance
fails to meet expectations for acceptable standards. Also, if the student’s employment ends prior to completion of
any course, no financial assistance will be rendered. Subsequently, if the student resigns from EBSCO or is
terminated for cause, he will be responsible for repaying tuition reimbursement in excess of $10,000 that was paid
within the two year period prior to his departure.
If other information is needed, please contact our office at the number listed above.
Kindest Regards,

Brian Wilson
Sr. Vice President of Corporate Human Resources
EBSCO Industries, Inc.
