Dean has worked for me twice, first at Aqualisa and then I got him to join me at Crosswater. Dean is
a fantastic asset to any Company. He is a hugely capable design engineer with a wealth of
production experience which leads him to design products that can be manufactured reliably and
cost effectively.
Dean has excellent interpersonal skills which he uses to get the best from suppliers and colleagues.
The relationships he builds in the supply chain invariably lead him to get things done in severely
compressed timescales. Dean has worked extensively in Malaysia and China, setting up and
debugging production lines. Above all, Dean is a team player and will do whatever it takes to get a
job done. His commitment and attention to detail is an asset to any team.
