Since August of 2016, I have assisted this charming co-op of 31 units in finding buyers for
4 apartments and tenants for 2, all for record-setting prices and with the majority of the properties
receiving press exposure.

The string of successful building sales started in August 2016 when apartment 1C sold above the asking price for
$835,000 after receiving multiple offers.

Simple staging changes glammed up apartment 3B and garnered a full-ask closing price, which was 5% above other
units that sold in the same line. The apartment also received press in Curbed and 6sft.

A full staging of apartment 3A resulted in three press features in Curbed, Metro and 6sft. The seller was able to
accept a quick and strong offer, setting a record in the building for an un-renovated unit.

For the second year in a row, a tenant for 5D was quickly found to put their stamp on this blank canvas.

Unit 4C was sold off-market. I had a client that wanted a downtown studio and I knew an owner in the building that
