relaunched its brunch from an a-la-carte intimate affair
into a delectable spread of international stations. From
caviar, oysters, ceviche and sushi, to foie gras, mussels,
roast rib-eye with Yorkshire pudding, and fish goujons
with frites – the culmination with a chesse spread and
a dessert room. Our Chef de Cuisine creates a surprise
amuse bouche which changes every week, and is served
to each guest at their table to provide a teaser of all the
