The founder of GiG is a direct descendant of Einstein (probably)! Having built software, hardware,

Both courses have several signature holes which makes East
Sussex National a true test of golf.
The East Course is the stadium course with tournament
golf being a key feature within the design. It has a natural
amphitheatre around the 18th green for the crowds to
acknowledge their champions.
1st Hole

9th Fairway

A relatively simple tee shot, however position for
the 2nd shot is very important, which is played over
water to an angled green, so a par is never a bad
start. This hole was driven in the European Open
by Vijay Singh!

10th Hole A risk and reward par 5, a good drive down the left
side of the fairway will catch the slope bringing the
green into range in two for the longer hitters, but
any ball missing the green in two will result in a
tricky pitch or a watery grave.
15th Hole This marks the start of one of the toughest series
of finishing holes in golf with 3 holes over 450
yards. A long par 4 with a substantial carry from the
tee followed by the 2nd shot into a plateau green
where club selection is paramount.
16th Hole A great par 3, similar in design to the 12th at
Augusta National, over water with bunkers, playing
178 yards.
17th Hole Here you have to be careful not to run out of
fairway by driving into the lake.
18th Hole One of the most demanding finishing holes in golf.
Measuring 454 yards off the championship tees
this uphill par 4 is waiting to catch out even the
finest golfers.
