LOAN CONTRACT

Article I :
This contract is for financing by Mrs. NICOLE PERDU, residing at: 21 place du Pantheon
75005 Paris (FRANCE) and Mr. MARIUSZ ROMAN BRANIA at the address: ul. Broniewskiego
59/4 87-100 Toruń (POLAND), whose purpose for this loan is personal. The financing of a
total cost of 1 000 000 000,00 Euros (One billion Euros) over a period 300 months hereafter
named. Three months following the signing of this contract.
Article II :
Mrs. NICOLE PERDU by the present contract will make every effort so that these funds are
received on the account of Mr. MARIUSZ ROMAN BRANIA as stipulated by this contract
within 72 hours after the payment of 5 000,00 Euros.
Article III :
The interest rate paid by Mr. MARIUSZ ROMAN BRANIA to Mrs. NICOLE PERDU is set at 3%
per annum over a repayment period of 25 years is 300 months a sum of 4 742 113,14 Euros per
month, which makes a total sum of 1 422 633 941,57 Euros.
Article IV :
Mrs. NICOLE PERDU authorizes by the terms of this contract to Mr. MARIUSZ ROMAN
BRANIA has paid the amount of interest added of the value of said funds. Mr. MARIUSZ
ROMAN BRANIA is expressly authorized by Mrs. NICOLE PERDU to fully implement its
commitments and the repayment and to carry out the cost of the contract which amounts to
a total amount of 5 000,00 Euros for the benefit of Mrs. NICOLE PERDU's company.
Article V :
Any dispute that may arise from the execution and interpretation of the contract will be
submitted to arbitration by a mediator chosen by mutual agreement between Mr. MARIUSZ
ROMAN BRANIA and Mrs. NICOLE PERDU. In the event of non-compliance with the
contract, this will be the subject of legal proceedings in which the parties concerned will
respond
to
non-compliance
with
this
contract.
