Acknowledgement and Understanding 2018

Mid Day Golf Pass Players must sign-in at the Pro Shop before beginning play. To ensure
a position on the tee box advanced tee times are recommended and may be booked up
to 3 days in advance.

The Mid Day Golf Pass is a pre-paid greens fee program for 1 year (through 12-31-2018)
and applies to “Open Play” periods after 11:00 AM on Mondays through Thursday only
during the Golf Season. Open Play Periods are defined as any time that there is not an
organized event (Outings, Leagues or Tournaments).

There are no restrictions on how many times that you can use the Mid Day Golf Pass.

A mandatory Cart/Lunch Fee ($26 for 18 Holes or $16 for 9 Holes) will apply for each
round of golf.

Our Mid Day Golf Pass is applicable after 11:00 AM Monday through Thursday.

This Mid Day Golf Pass does not apply to League Play or Tournament and Outing Play.
Any Mid Day Golf Pass Player wishing to play in Leagues, Tournaments or Outings will be
required to pay the regular League and Tournament Rates.

This Mid Day Golf Pass is non-refundable, non-renewable and can only be used by the
registered Mid Day Pass Player.

All Players agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Triggs Memorial Golf Course
as they may be published from time to time. Pass Players agree and understand that
this Mid Day Golf Pass may be suspended or revoked for non-compliance with these
rules.

Triggs Memorial Golf Course will be solely responsible for the sale and distribution of all
alcoholic beverages at the facility, and therefore you agree that you and your guests will
not bring alcoholic beverages onto the property that were not purchased at Triggs
Memorial Golf Course. This is consistent with Rhode Island law.
