In this Privacy Policy we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our
Application.
ITTE Mobile is owned and operated by CGI and licensed to you under the applicable License Terms. With
this Service you can register to healthcare service appointments and get indoor map navigation to your
appointments.

The Service is not appropriate for use outside Finland and the usage requires that you have given your
consent to share patient information at Kanta, the Finnish national archive for health information.

Collection and use of personal information
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you subscribe to and/or use
our Service as further described in this Privacy Policy.
In order to fully use this Service you will need to enter your Finnish personal identity code to the
Application. We use your personal identification code to retrieve your appointments and personal
information from the different Care Providers’ integrated patient healthcare systems. A registration is linked
to a specific individual, so you must always use your own personal information and personal identification
code when making use of ITTE Mobile. If you use the personal information and/or personal identification
code of someone else, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to this
Privacy Policy.
We collect information by using common internet technologies, such as server logs and information that our
analytic tools make available (such as device ID and type, browser type and the date and time of each User
request). We collect this information to better understand how the Users use ITTE Mobile (such as
information about which pages you view within the Service and which error message you receive on these
pages, and Appointment registration information) and to monitor and protect the security of the Application
and to improve the Service where possible. We may publicly display collected information that is not
personally identifying in the aggregate (e.g. by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the network).
When using the Service, your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information
to ITTE Mobile, in order to determine your current location. Your location is used to display a location map
that can guide you more accurately to your appointments. Transmitting your location information is not
necessary for registering to your appointments. If you wish not to transmit your location information, you
may stop sharing the location information from your device by enabling the relevant option therein. We will
not share your current location information with third parties, other than Care Provider.
We also collect potentially personally-identifying information in the form of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
but we do not use that information to identify you and we handle and disclose these addresses in the same
way we handle other personal data.

The disclosure of information
Information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy will be disclosed to Care Providers. We may
also share information provided by you with service providers that we retain to perform services on our
behalf. These service providers are contractually limited from using or disclosing the information except as
is necessary to provide services to us or to comply with legal requirements. Furthermore, we may disclose
information about you where we are required or permitted by law to do so.
Information you provide to other people
This Privacy Policy only applies to information provided by you or your information collected by the ITTE
Mobile Service
CGI does not in any way endorse or make any representations about any third-party websites and
applications. As such, CGI is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party
websites and applications that are subject to their own privacy policies. If you choose to access such links,
we encourage you to review all third-party site privacy policies before submitting any of your information.
Information security
We maintain reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to help protect against the
unauthorized access, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide to us.
You are responsible for the appropriate security of your hardware, system, user identifications and actions.
We cannot guarantee a copy of your appointment registration information and we are not otherwise
responsible for backups in any situation. You are responsible for making the necessary backups in all
situations, both when using the ITTE Mobile and, especially, when removing the Application from your
device(s).
Data hosting and transfer
CGI may host and process the User information, in the European Union and in other countries through the
ITTE Mobile service and third parties that we use to operate and manage our the ITTE Mobile service.
Using ITTE Mobile outside Finland
CGI does not warrant ITTE Mobile or the Service functioning outside Finland. If you are, however, using
ITTE Mobile outside Finland, the personal identification code and other personal information that you enter
into the Application will be transferred out of Finland and into Finland. By using ITTE Mobile you consent to
such transfer and are representing that you have the right to transfer such information outside Finland.
Termination of the service
You can stop all collection of information related to the Service by uninstalling the Application from your
device at any time. You may use the standard uninstall processes that may be available as part of your
device or via the mobile Application marketplace or network.

Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and as
permitted by applicable legal requirements.
Removing ITTE Mobile from your device does not necessarily remove User information collected but it will
kept for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
After removing ITTE Mobile from your device, appointment and patient information will remain available in
the integrated patient care systems and will be subject to the third party policies. In order to remove your
patient information from the integrated patient care systems, you should contact the related Care
Provider(s).
Contact details
You may request information about the existence of your personal information held by CGI and request
access to such information in order to access and review it, have it deleted, updated or corrected, subject
to legal and contractual restrictions, or rights of refusal. A request for access must be made in writing
stating sufficient details of the personal information you are requesting to: ittetuki@cgi.com. To ensure we
disclose information to you only with your request please include photocopies (front and back) of two (2)
pieces of government issued photo identification so that we may verify your identity.

Definitions
1. ‘Appointment registration information’ is the information relating to the identified user:



Personal identification code;
Patient demographics that are known in the integrated patient care systems (such as sex,
name, address, e-mail address and other necessary contact information and next of kin);
 Your current location and the location of your appointment(s);
 Appointment-related information such as time and date of the appointment;
 Queue number.
2. ‘Care Provider’ means a healthcare or social care institution that provides healthcare or social care
services to you”.
3. ‘CGI’, or ‘we’, or ‘us’, or ‘our’, refers to the company and its employees that develops and maintains
this app ‘ITTE Mobile’, or ‘Application’ means the application that is offered by CGI to you.
4. ‘Integrated patient care systems of ITTE’ refers to the systems from which ITTE Mobile retrieves
patient and appointment data. Examples of such systems are Uranus, Pegasos, RADU, Effica,
ProConsona, WinHIT, RIS and SoftMedic”.
5. ‘Service’ means use of ITTE Mobile application and the related services
6. ‘User’, or ‘you’, or ‘your’ refers to the individual person that has downloaded, installed, accessed or
is using the app.
