Responsibilities:

Maintain the daily repair and upkeep of the property
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy
Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies, tools & equipment
Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times
Available to work on an on-call basis
Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company polices
Requirements:

Must have previous experience in apartment maintenance setting, including painting, carpentry,
plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems]\
Must have valid driver’s license
