Why Stude nt Inte rviewer?
• Everyone in our class gets along with one another and we owe that to the fact that our
adcom is good at PICK ING STUDENTS WITH PERSONALITY.
• As an RWJMS Admissions Ambassador and Social Chair, I have had the chance to
interact with current and future students and I want to continue doing this by helping
our school as a student interviewer.
Past expe riences as an Inter viewe r?
• As a consultant within a multi-national consulting firm (Deloitte &
Touche), I have inter viewe d professionals (some times twice my age) for
cyber-security projects ($8 million+ ve ntures) within the federal government and
private industry.

• I have also interviewed students of all levels for student organization e-Board positions
when I was in college at GW.
• I have learned that the best way to speak with others is by being causal and laidback
rather than sitting awkwardly on formalities.
Why is diversity important in the student body?
• Diversity is perhaps the most important aspect to any “workforce” and at our medical
school, our “workforce” is made up of our students. Without a diverse body of
medical students as peers, we would not be able to develop nec essary skills
such as cultural competency. New Jersey is an amazing state because we have
such a diverse population here and I am glad that our medical class reflects that.
