government relations and affairs, research, report writing and communications.
 Proposal Coordinator and Researcher for Proposal Management firm. Identifies client opportunities

 Leveraged aerospace industry and government network initiating sales of a start-up Government Budget

Responsible for the Photo Services Department operations and staff. Point of contact for clients as a
Contracting Officer and as a Project Manager.

significantly improved efficiency.
 Led numerous engineering/mapping, aerial photography and satellite remote sensing projects from
inception through delivery as a Project Manager.

Project Manager & Aerial Photographer, HJW GeoSpatial (Aug. 1989 – Oct. 1996)
Managed multiple projects for commercial and government clients. Logged over 1200 hours of flight time
as an aerial mapping photographer. Archived and tracked 500,000 aerial negatives dating back 75 years.
 Improved the Flight Department’s production and efficiency by 33% while managing estimates,
planning, and execution of aerial mapping and remote sensing projects.
 Responsible for biennial photography of the greater San Francisco Bay Area for mapping, engineering
and environmental projects (over 20,000 square miles).
 Managed the subcontracting of over 100 city and county wide aerial mapping projects to other U.S. and
Canadian remote sensing firms as part of a GPS navigation project.
 Responsible for commercial and government RFIs and RFPs.
