SILENT BID AUCTION SALE OF BOCES’ EQUIPMENT Location: Belmont BOCES Center 5536 County Route 48 Belmont, NY 14813 Date and Time: Monday – Friday, June 6-10, 2011 - 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Silent Bid Auction Closing: Friday, June 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Silent Bid Auction Opening: Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Successful Bidder Notification: Wednesday and Thursday, June 15-16, 2011 Pickup Dates: All items must be picked up Monday - Friday, June 20-24, 2011 – 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (All items must be picked up by 2:00 p.m. June 24, 2011) Payment: Must be made at time of Pickup Cash, Checks, or Money Orders Made out to Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES Treasurer General Rules: • • • • • • • • • • Items are available for viewing at the times listed above. Bidders will be required to provide their name, address, and phone number at the time of viewing. Silent auction bids will be accepted at the time of viewing by completing a bid ticket and placing it with the item. By submitting a silent bid, a bidder is committing their self to the purchase of the item if they are indeed the successful bidder. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the Business Office staff. The successful bid will be the highest bid for each item. In the event of a tie, the successful bid will be the first bid (of the tie bids) that was drawn for the item. Successful bidders will be notified by a phone call on the dates listed above. Payment must be made when the items are picked up. All items not picked up by the pickup date will be properly disposed.
