Committee meetings shall take place every first Wednesday of each month at 18:00.  CW explained the role and importance of the committee members. Some of the key points are:  Act as a further link from members to management providing concern and feedback.  The two (2) Club captains are encouraged to communicate more often with the YL members; and to support this role, the two (2) Club Captain will be given an Entertainment allowance in Hickory’s.  To assist and develop Golf Operations programs/events desired by the members.  Interclub Matches st  Monthly Medal – possibility to make this event 1 Friday of each month  Roll Up – once a month  Medal Round – should be a draw  Stableford –Roll up  Family & Golf packages  Scratch League (TRourke & DWeisser will be working on this)  To create a section in the Members Newsletter for the Advisory Committee Members  Inclusion in the October Members Newsletter:  Introduction of Committee Members (with their photos)  Drainage issue in Hole 11  Polish the format of the Members Newsletter – to make it more focused to Members’ concerns/suggestions  To create a ‘standard email’ message to welcome new member Yas Links Abu Dhabi P.O.
