Photographic Survey Conducted by D.M.Irving 24/5/2015 Greyabbey Bay, Greyabbey Collection Of Animal Bones Description Situated on firm ground at the edge of an eroded drumlin approximately 200m from the car park on the Portaferry Road. The feature consists of a spread of animal bones most of which appear to be bovine, a close examination of the immediate area failed to identify any pottery or glass. The bones are in a variety of conditions with some (the longest exposed) being very fragile, however most of the visible bone is in good condition having only recently been exposed.   Showing the area in relation to the car park.
