Personality is just as important as skillset when working in teams
Being able to adapt and rebuild is important in order to advance
Embrace new approaches to teamwork
There's not always one set resolve to a situation which may arise
Progress needs to be tracked in order to highlight any issues
Goals/Deadlines must be quantifiable and achievable
A strong team leader should correlate input to move the project
forward
Be able to adapt the project due to unforeseen circumstances
Lack of communication can lead to disastrous consequences
Teams need strong lines of communication between all disciplines
Each team member needs to input their own ideas and methods
Frequent meetings to discuss the project's issues and progress
Role played the script each week to empathise with the characters more
Split the team into two sets of two to come up with for/against each point
Discuss all our ideas and agree on which points we wanted to follow up
Took turns writing a paragraph at a time so we all got our own say
Each member would proof-read the end product to make sure we all liked it
