Event Date: Friday, February 24, 2017 Event Time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm Location: Lakewood Elementary School Library 2534 Lindley Terrace, Rockville, MD Set-Up: 5:00 - 7:00 pm Table Rental: $10.00 per table (table size 6 ft.) Donation: 10% of your sales, during this event, will go to LLS charity Deadline: Friday, February 10, 2017 Complete the vendor application online https://goo.gl/forms/d8JrVJOnjTvvq0pH2 Electrical outlets are available to vendors, please note on vendor form. Table assignments will be determined by the event committee. Your business name will be listed in print and online materials related to this event. Keep track of your sales. At the end of the event submit your event sales, excluding sales tax, to the event coordinator. Table rental payment goes to charity. Payable to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and can be combined with charitable donation check due by March 3, 2017. Provide your charitable donation to Lakewood Elementary with a check made payable to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by March 3, 2017 for at least 10% of your profit (you may opt to offer more).  Current Vendors as of 2/1/2017 NOTE TO VENDORS: Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We will not accept registrations from duplicate vendors, meaning vendors that offer the same brand.
