Floortex Facebook. As posted to our Company Facebook page on 20/02/17 - Floortex Facebook Want to enter…..? It's super easy. Simply comment on our post with a picture of your pet and like and share the post. The prize draw closes at 10am GMT on Monday 27h February 2017. To enter simply visit Facebook - www.Facebook.com/Floortex and enter your comment in the prize post comment box. This prize promotion is open to residents in US only with a mainland shipping address, aged 18 or over, except for Floortex Europe Ltd employees and their immediate families. The prize draw opens at 12pm on Monday 20th February 2017 and closes at 12pm on Monday 27th February 2017. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason will not be accepted. Any comments or photos that we consider to be vulgar, offensive, indecent, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or others will be immediately removed. Proof of posting your comment is not proof of receipt. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules. Everyone who meets the entry criteria will be placed into the prize draw. Entries are not judged. Strictly one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple Facebook accounts or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. We will not tolerate anyone who posts or is seen to be posting comments via social media during this prize promotion that we think are bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of Floortex or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way will be blocked from posting on our page and disqualified from the prize promotion. We may also alert Facebook to any such behaviour and as a result the participant may have his/her account frozen pending investigation. The winners name will be picked at random from whoever has commented a picture of their pet in the comment box and liked and shared the post. The winner will receive a set of four 12”x18” cm pet mats (FPPET3046EV4) No cash alternative is available and we do not send the prizes to anyone else, only the winner. Prizes will be delivered to prize winner address in the mainland UK. The date of delivery and delivery service will be arranged by Floortex. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. They must be accepted as awarded. No substitution will be provided. Images shown may contain more products; this is for photography reason only. The three prize winners will be notified via private message on Facebook on or before- Monday 27th February 2017. The winner will have 5 days to respond by sending us a return private message. If we cannot contact the winner via the account provided at entry or if a winner does not return necessary details within 5 days, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.  If you would like to know the name and state of the winners please send an email 28 days after the closing date to jcorless@floortex.com. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but if this happens we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disappointment.
